AGICO carrot sorting machine includes a roller elevator and an adjustable size grader. It uses forward-moving rollers-fixed below and height-adjustable above-to grade carrots by width or diameter. Each roller moves vertically on a polymer guide plate for accurate sizing. Built with a durable structure, the machine is fully customizable for different production needs.

The roller grader uses a double-helix rotation to drive the rollers on the grading bed forward in parallel, gradually increasing the gaps between the rollers to match the carrot size. The carrots then fall through the gaps between the rollers onto the conveyor belt, completing the sorting process.
