Drying Process Of Industrial Mango Dryer
Processed mangoes are evenly placed on drying racks (draining to preserve color first) and then placed in a heat pump mango drying room for drying.
The first stage is set at 55°C for heating and drying for three hours. The second stage is set at 60°C for dehumidification. The third stage is set at 62°C for continuous dehumidification. The fourth stage is set at 58°C for cooling and dehumidification. The final stage is set at 55°C to remove moisture and solidify the mango slices.
The drying system, consisting of two 12P main units, can process 2.5 tons of fresh mango slices per batch, and a complete batch takes 24 hours to dry.
