AGICO Manufacturing & Production Capabilities

AGICO designs and manufactures industrial food processing machinery and complete production lines. Our operations cover the entire manufacturing workflow, from raw material blanking and CNC machining to welding, system assembly, and final factory testing.

Factory Layout & Workflow

Our production facility is divided into dedicated functional bays to maintain an orderly workflow and prevent cross-contamination during production:

01/

Stainless steel material preparation and plate shearing

02/

Structural fabrication and welding bays

03/

Precision CNC machining center

04/

Mechanical and electrical component assembly floor

05/

Equipment testing and trial-run area

06/

Finished machinery packaging and dispatch zone

Core Manufacturing Processes

CNC Machining

Dimensional accuracy directly determines the running stability of food machinery. We utilize CNC equipment to process critical mechanical parts, minimizing assembly errors and vibration during high-speed operation:
Shafts and Rollers: Machined to exact concentricity tolerances for smooth power transmission.
Transmission Components: Gears, sprockets, and housings finished to ensure proper mesh and wear resistance.
Structural Frames: Precision-milled mounting faces to guarantee correct equipment alignment.

Welding & Sanitary Finishing

Food processing environments demand robust structures and hygienic surfaces. Our certified welders follow strict fabrication standards:
Food-Grade Stainless Steel: Primary usage of SUS304/SUS304L materials resistant to organic acids and cleaning chemicals.
Weld Integrity: Full penetration welding where required, followed by mechanical grinding, polishing, and chemical passivation (pickling) to eliminate crevices and prevent bacterial buildup.

Quality Control & Inspection

Inspection is integrated into every stage of production rather than reserved solely for the finished machine:

Incoming Material Check

Verification of raw plate thickness, tube specs, and purchased components (motors, bearings, electrical elements) against engineering orders.

In-Process Verification

Dimensional checks of machined parts, weld seam inspections, and alignment checks during sub-assembly.

Pre-Shipment Testing

ompleted machines undergo no-load and trial-load tests to verify mechanical drive performance, safety interlocks, and control panel logic.

Engineering & Customization

In addition to standard catalog equipment, our engineering team provides customized solutions matched to specific factory layouts and raw material traits:

Process flow design and equipment sizing

Custom machine modifications (e.g., specific capacities, specialized feeding or discharge heights)

Complete line integration (linking washing, cutting, drying, and packaging units for synchronized output)
