Working Principle
The industrial canberry sorter uses a rotating drum screen with different hole sizes to sort canberry by size. Canberries are evenly fed into the drum by a conveyor. As the drum rotates slowly, the berries roll and move forward inside the inclined screen.
The drum is divided into several sections with increasing hole sizes. Smaller canberries fall through the smaller holes first, while larger ones continue moving forward until they reach the correct screening section. The largest canberry exits from the end of the drum.
Each size grade is collected separately and can be sent directly to packaging or further processing.
