Working Principle
The fruits are first poured into a belt-type feeding hopper and smoothly transported to the sorting section by a lifting system. The conveyor rollers of the lifting system cause the fruits to roll naturally during transport, ensuring uniform orientation, which is beneficial for subsequent accurate weighing and grading.
Before entering the automatic grading process, the fruits pass through a manual pre-sorting area to remove damaged fruits, deformed fruits, and unqualified raw materials, ensuring consistent product quality entering the system.
Subsequently, the fruits enter a queuing conveyor belt, where a smart sorting system separates and transports each fruit individually and in an orderly manner. Weight sensors collect the weight data of each fruit in real time and transmit the information to the electronic weighing tray system.
Based on pre-set weight grading parameters, the fruits are automatically diverted on the electronic weighing tray, accurately falling into the corresponding discharge hoppers for each size, and finally transported to collection baskets or packaging boxes, completing the entire automatic weight grading process.
The entire machine consists of a belt-type feeding hopper, a lifting system, a queuing conveyor device, and a high-precision weighing system.
