AGICO's industrial olive pitter is a highly efficient pitting machine designed specifically for food processing plants, olive canneries, and olive product production lines. It rapidly removes olive pits without damaging the flesh, enabling continuous, automated production and becoming an essential core piece of equipment in modern olive processing.

Industrial olive pitting machine's storage hopper is directly integrated with the conveyor belt. A template is selected based on the shape and diameter of the fruit. The fruit is poured into the storage hopper, achieving efficient feeding and conveying. Once the fruit lands on the conveyor belt, it automatically enters the template's holes. Excess fruit is brushed into other holes using a brush, achieving a feeding efficiency of over 95%, significantly improving work efficiency. Once the holes are located, the fruit continues to be conveyed forward. The pitting process is completed by a machine. The pits fall into a dustpan and are automatically discharged and collected. The fruit that has been cleared of the pits continues to the next stage for draining. A large-covered fruit-scoring device ensures that the fruit remains in its original shape. The fruit automatically falls into a dustpan and is collected together, effectively separating the kernels.
