Automatic ginger juicer is a highly efficient device designed specifically for processing fresh ginger into ginger juice. Simply place the cleaned ginger into the feed inlet, and the machine automatically and continuously completes the entire process of grinding, juicing, and removing the slag. The pulverizing mechanism consists of a rotor mounted on a feed hopper. The rotor is equipped with four sets of flying knives and a set of bottom knives. The flying knives rotate at high speed within the gaps between the bottom knives, shredding the ginger into 2-5mm particles. The ground ginger then enters the spiral juicing system, where powerful squeezing separates the ginger juice and slag, which are discharged through separate outlets. The entire machine is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring clean and hygienic contact with food. The juice yield is as high as 80%, ensuring consistent, pure, rich, fresh ginger juice.

Materials that can be processed by ginger juicers

Our screw presses are versatile and can process a variety of materials, primarily fruits and vegetables.

Fruits: Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes), apples, pineapples, berries (blueberries, strawberries), grapes, etc.

Vegetables: Leafy greens (spinach, kale), root vegetables (carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, onions), cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, etc.

I. Installation

1. Place the ginger juicer horizontally on a stable surface.

2. Secure the machine securely with anchor bolts to ensure smooth operation.

II. Operation Procedure

1. Before starting the machine, adjust the pressing head to maximize the annular gap.

2. After starting, gradually reduce the pressing gap until the ideal juicing process is achieved.

3. After adjustment, lock the handwheel and bearing seat with a brake to prevent loosening.

4. Feed the material evenly and continuously. Do not feed hard foreign objects such as metal or stones to prevent damage to the screen.

III. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. After each shift, thoroughly clean the filter with clean water and a soft brush.

2. If processing raw materials with a high fiber content (such as ginger), clean the screen mid-process according to production conditions to prevent clogging.

3. After each operation, it is recommended to thoroughly rinse the entire machine with hot water to maintain equipment hygiene and stable performance.
