Onion Juice Machine Working Principle
Main Structure: Crushing device installed above the feeding hopper.
This juicer consists of four sets of rotating blades and one set of fixed blades. The rotating blades rotate around an axis, cutting the fruit into small pieces of 2-5mm, which are then directly fed into the spiral juicing section for extraction. The crushing section improves the juice yield.
The main structure of the juicer is spiral-shaped, with the spiral diameter increasing and the pitch decreasing closer to the residue outlet. The material is pushed and crushed by the pressure exerted by the spiral. The spiral rotates clockwise.
Material is added through the feeding hopper and pressed by the spiral device. The extracted juice flows into the collection tank at the bottom, while the residue is discharged from the outlet on the right. When the amount of material decreases, the residue discharge rate also decreases. However, when the amount of material is too small, granular residue will be squeezed out of the filter along with the juice. Therefore, the amount of material depends on the customer's requirements for the cleaning process.
