Pepper Grading Machine

Pepper grading machine, also called a pepper sorting machine, can automatically sort fruits or vegetables of different sizes into uniform grades, replacing manual labor. Peppers are fed into the elevator, where they are lifted and conveyed to the sorting machine's feed end. A buffer belt at the feed end catches the material and transports it to the sorting rollers, which then continue to transport the material towards the discharge end.

The gap between the rollers gradually increases from the feed end to the discharge end. Smaller chilies fall through the gap onto the conveyor in the sorting zone, where a belt conveyor transports them to the discharge port. This belt conveying provides cushioning to prevent damage to the material, while larger peppers continue to be transported forward and sorted to different discharge ports.

The entire grading process is fast and stable, requiring no manual labor, thus improving sorting efficiency and reducing labor costs. The sorted peppers are fresh and uniform, improving the overall quality of the sorted chilies.
