AGICO Lychee Processing Line Launch Ceremony

 

In August 2022, a lychee processing production line provided by AGICO to Hainan Road & Bridge Group officially commenced operation in Hainan. On the day of the commissioning ceremony, Li Hua, President of Northwest A&F University, personally visited the site to guide production, and representatives from three well-known domestic lychee companies also observed the process. The entire production line operated smoothly and efficiently, successfully completing multiple processes including lychee washing, peeling, pitting, and juicing. The processing results received unanimous praise from experts and industry professionals.

Hainan Road & Bridge Group is a leading enterprise in China's lychee processing industry. This project represents a total investment of 15 million RMB, primarily for the construction of lychee juice and lychee wine production projects. Guangdong and Hainan are major lychee producing areas in China. The implementation of this project will effectively enhance the added value of lychee products, achieving efficient transformation from fresh fruit to deep-processed products.

Since its establishment, AGICO has consistently adhered to technological innovation and independent research and development. The company has established a long-term cooperative relationship with South China University of Technology and introduced advanced processing technology from Taiwan, continuously launching innovative equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The core equipment of the lychee juice processing production line-the lychee peeling machine-is an AGICO patented product. Designed specifically for the characteristics of lychees grown in South China, this equipment achieves separation of the peel from the pulp through gentle friction, resulting in a high peeling rate without damaging the pulp, allowing for direct processing without grading. This innovative technology has successfully filled a technological gap in the domestic lychee processing field.
In addition to the lychee peeling machine, the production line is also equipped with a lychee pitting machine, pulping machine, fruit washing machine, and sorting machine, among other equipment. These are widely used in fruit and vegetable processing plants both domestically and internationally, and have been exported to several Southeast Asian countries.
